Regional Technical Support Center provides installation support for customers experiencing NEC’s quality product range for the first time, elaborately implementing designs, specific for their needs.
Professional teams at site or at the operational center assure the maximization of the capabilities and the efficiency of NEC products.
- Preparing related path and installation surveys & visiting installation sites.
- Supplying installation equipment ( inc. 3rd. party devices where neccessary ) based on Planning & Survey results.
- NEC Quality assured supervisor support to customer installation teams.
- Execution of acceptance tests and commissioning procedures using proper methods to optimize performance.
- Operational support either at site or at NOC ( Network Operations Center ).
- SW status trace for all Network Elements. Capacity upgrades and firmware updates.
- Immediate action on abnormal operation on defects.
